My family and I often go out to sushi, and we choose Katana. Katana has a cozy feel to it, no loud music or dim lights, its great for the whole family, we take grandma, grandpa, children and siblings! There are dishes even for the non sushi people, the prices are great, the beer is wonderful and the help is always upbeat and helpful! I love it and I hope you will too!

Katana's Japanese Restarant is a fantastic place to take the family for lunch or dinner. For me, my best experiance is when they cook the food on a grill in front of you and put on a fantastic performance while doing it.

So its not the best but its not terrible. They have tasty rolls in which I personally always order their B-52 Roll (avacado, cream cheese, shrimp tempura, spicy tuna....). Its a big roll for $13 and feeds 2 easily. The other rolls are pretty much similar in taste...and not quite a wide selection. Friendly waitress and their iced tea is very tasty. Their Sea Steak also is mediocre (seared tuna with a bunch of sauces - 7 slices) for $10.

Been there twice, first time was okay nothing to write home about. The second time was only because Mana was closed next door and we wanted sushi. Won't go back. The rolls lack flavor. The fish was fishy and the food was over all kind of bland. There were only 3 other tables in there the last time and still service was slow. I have eaten a lot of sushi and this does not stand up.
