Karen planned and served a perfect brunch for my familys Mothers day surprise for our Mom. Food was awesome, tomatoe pie, puffed eggs, scalloped potatoes, shrimp salad with a light orange and dill sauce, blueberry muffins, Greek nut pastries, toast with aspargus,ham and melted cheese, pear and apricot salad with rasberry dressing, fresh strawberry delight cake with whipped cream. Perfect coffee and the Mimosas were just right! Unbelieveably good meal. The food disappeared almost as fast as she could serve it. Her staff was professional and friendly. We have already booked her for Fathers Day.

I do many corporate functions and demand the very best in food and service. Karens has far exceeded my expections. Her food quality and presentation are exceptional. The food is always perfectly prepared and tastes delicous. Her buffets are appealing to the eye as well as the tastebuds. She is a well kept secret in the Winston-Salem area. I plan to utilize her to the fullest in 2009. She always gives more that expected.

Karens helped me plan my daughters wedding reception. She had fabulous suggestions that were impressive and inexpensive. She guided us thru the entire process from invitations, table settings, color themes, cake toppings, beautiful wedding cakes and cute grooms cake, plus many items we could rent rather than buy. The reception was lovely and better yet, within my budget.
Karen is a lovely lady and I would highly recommend her services.

So glad I found this caterer. My brother and I needed help planning our parents 50th wedding anniversary party. Wow did Karen fill the breach! She had everything we needed china, silverware, table clothes, candles, invitations. And it did not stop there. Loved the menu she helped us select. Food was everything we hoped for. Her chocolate favors for our guest were a real hit. If you are planning a party or just need that special cake, Karens is the place for you.

Karen helped me plan a unique and perfect bridal shower for my neice. Karen suggested a garden theme. Her ideas were awesome, we used a wheelbarrow for the gifts, she created an indoor garden with beautiful flowering potted plants surrounded by a small picketed feence that was presented to the bride at the end of the shower. Potted plants decorated with butterflys and ladybugs were placed at the front door. The main table held a large fresh flower arrangement in a watering can. Each of the other tables had small tin pails filled with flowers and decorated with butterflies and surrounded with votive candles.
The food was delicious, seafood puffs, ham and cheese croissants, onion dip with fresh veggies, stuffed cherry tomatoes, mints, cucumber and dill sandwiches and karens famous cheese ball were just a few of the goodies. Insead of the traditional cake Karen did cupcakes with bright yellow icing daisys.
Each guest was asked to bring a packet of seeds and when they arrived were presented with large paper sunflowers attached to pipecleaners. They were asked to give the bride tips on maintaining a happy marriage. These were then put into a beautiful handpainted flower pot for the bride to read at a later time.
My guests loved the food and decorations. The bride was so impressed that she is using Karen for her reception. I am eager to see what the talented andresourseful lady brings to that event.
