I'll tell you honestly, as a person who doesn't know anything about cars I have this fear of being duped by unscrupulous mechanics. But Manager Mark Schulz was awesome. He and his team were courteous, considerate, respectful and efficient. Funny thing is I was headed to Budget Brakes with a knot in my stomach for all the things I have heard about that place. I stopped at Kar Kare for directions. Mark not only matched the price but talked and walked me thru each step carefully and insightful I will gladly return here for all future "car care" and will proudly refer all of my friends and colleagues to Mark at Kar Kare on Kingston Pike in Knoxville, Tn. <br /><br /><b>Value:</b> Out of 11 companies I priced. Mark and the team at Kar Kare had the best value. <br /><br /><b>Service:</b> Three words: Fast, Efficient, Courteous.
