After being confronted, manager admitted they do not disclose missing equipment (what else might they not be disclosing?!) or non-volvo parts that may be used. Non-original navigation cds were burned (I bet you by THEM) that rendered the navigation system useless. $300 to replace. They played stupid and said "we dont verify everything, the sale is as is. How could we know they were not original". (by the way, its obvious by looking at them). They dont verify the tires are good, they don't tell you if they KNOW something is broken, or missing, or poorly repaired! Buyer definitely beware. No scruples here.

WARNING! Kar Depo had a 350z on the lot that has been crashed and they wont tell you this unless you ask them. The car had paint everywhere around the doors so I asked and they said that the car has been crashed. The sales rep was smoking in front of us which is disrespectfull and he left us there alone as soon as he could tell that we were not interested. When we asked what kind of damage and when was the accident the idiot said "I dont know. We dont know. No one knows" BS! This dealer is a SCAM! Stay away!

beware! If you are interested in purchasing a vehicle from this dealer and you are out of province they will screw you over big time. We spent $1600 on plane tickets to fly over to buy a truck off them with the understanding we had an agreement to buy the truck. They accepted the agreement and took the deposit then backed out at the last minute. We are now stuck with a useless credit from the air lines and they won't accept any responsibility what so ever!
