Thought it going to be a good place. Bought $2600 worth of sofas, a recliner sofa, a 4 panel screen, and an office chair. 90 days after purchase, office chair's arms sheer off when leaning back in it. Called Kantor's and was told to bring the chair in on Saturday when the owners are in, that they could do something for me. Make the trip on Saturday with the broken chair. Arrive to find out the owners are not there that day. Go home again, leave messages on 2 different voicemail boxes - no return call and it's been 4 days now. Of course, I left the problem described in the voicemail; probably a mistake. But poor customer service is what this amounts to; too bad.
