Cannot say enough great things about this school! Because of this school, my son had the proper role models to graduate high school with an A average and stayed out of trouble. Everyone that knew my son always commented on how well behaved, respectful and courteous he was. They asked me what the secret was and honestly, as a single mom working two jobs, it was all because of Master Kang and his wonderful instructors. They taught him more than just self defense, they taught him to become a better person in life. Take my word for it, this is the best investment I ever made for my son!

All of these reviews and the negative ones about the schools that compete with Kangs' were written by people at Kang's. It is really sad that they have resorted to this tactic.

Originally, I had to force my son to go in. He wasn't very enthusiastic about it, and I know he hates exercise. But after awhile he warmed up to it. He's having a lot of fun now and looks forward to going every week. He's even slimmed down a bit and is interested in trying new things. I recently paid to put him in the weapons program and he's really excited. He practices every day, and it didn't cost that much for him to join. He even told me about the Black Belt Club program. They get to do weapons class for free and have extra special training. It's something for him to look forward to and work harder for. I'm very proud of him and am glad I made him go. He's made some new friends that he can also hang out with at school, because they are in the same neighborhood as us. Pretty soon he'll most likely join their after school program. I'm glad he's finally found something to be passionate about, and I like that he is safe and active in a good environment. No more sitting on the couch playing playstation or xbox. It's hard enough when he has to do how many hours of homework everyday. Getting up and learning something as cool as this gives him some balance.

Thanks to the instructors he's also bucked up a lot. They care about him and teach him how to be a man by accepting responsibility. It's hard for me, because I work all the time. But I'm glad to have these guys back me up.
