On July 21, 2011 my air conditioner quit cooling at 9PM. I called two different repair services. The first had voice mail, the second actually had a person answer the phone. The gentleman at KAC Express listened to my problem, informed me he ALREADY had a service repairman in my area, and within 20 minutes the technician called me back. Norman told me he had one call ahead of me, but assured me he would be at my home by 11PM!! He arrived at 10:45, within 15 minutes diagnosed my problem, had already contacted his parts supplier, told me there was a fan motor in stock in Cypresswood, and could be back in 30 minutes to make the repairs. I live in Humble. Would you believe he WAS back in 30 minutes, and in just another 30 minutes I had COLD AIR in my home!!And it did not cost me one cent more that the repair quote!! The technician Norman was an extremely competent, qualified and above all exceptionally polite and courteous young man who never ONCE complained about the hour of night and the repair he was doing!! I have NEVER written a review for any business I have dealt with before, but to not do so for KCExpress Air conditioning and Norman would have been a unforgivable oversight on my part!! And their service charge was less than half of there competetor who called me back over an hour later! I strongly recommend this business, and that especially of Norman who could not have been more professional. Thank you both for a JOB WELL DONE!! You will be my ONLY recommendation

I called a different company on a Saturday (when my tenant informed me the thermostat in my rental house stopped working and she was in the house freezing) just to make sure I had the right number for them and they still did that type of work. The guy who answered was short with me and wouldn't discuss anything until I called back "during business hours" on Monday (which was the MLK holiday).
When Monday came around I decided to look through my phone to see if I had someone else's number. I found KAC Express and remembered they worked on my heater in this same house before and were very prompt, courteous, and professional. I called and the owner Trung answered and he immediately remembered who I was as he'd saved my phone number from the last job he did for me. He could even tell me my address! He said he could go out and look at the thermostat that day and did so within an hour or two. Very efficient and competent. He called me back promptly with the diagnosis and fixed the problem immediately. Then he emailed me the invoice and allowed me to mail him my payment! What great service! You just can't get that anymore and I will be forever grateful. Thanks for making your customers feel like each one is important business to you. Keep up the fine work Trung! Well done.
