The worst service and all around person ever!
I found Mike's number in the Yellow Pages. I tried calling him several times with no response even after i left massages. On about the sixth call i finally got a hold of him. All that i needed was a weekly service. The next week on service day two brothers pulled into the driveway. They were smoking and goofing around for about 20 min! After there break one of them, still smoking, got out of the truck, walked into my back yard, turned my pool system on, and left. I was mad to say the least. My wife is pregnant with our first little boy and I am NOT tolerant of anyone smoking around the house plus I paid $125 for them to turn my system on! I called Mike right away. Later that day he called me back. I told him what happened and he said that he would correct the problem. The next week, the exact same thing happened! I will never use that service or talk to that man ever agen!

Good quality installation & repair of builder related equipment problems. Mike was a little too hung up on the terms of sale - little gruff. Answered phone after hours, fair & competitive price.

PROS: Good fair price, responsive to issues
CONS: No cons!
