After seeing the first review, I thought I might still want to give it a try. It turned out to be a terrible terrible mistake. Failed to communicate for the stupid. Her attitude was so bad that I did not even want to give the service to her at the end. I am glad I withdrew my case.

I then went to PostalAnnex that was such a nice and enjoyable service.

I normally don't feel strongly enough to care and write these things. I went to these people for a notarized document. The woman, Judy, that "helped" me seemed friendly at first. Then, she told me I didn't have the right documents. I asked her more specifically what she meant and she yelled at me, "You're not listening to me." Of course I was trying to, but it didn't help that she was yelling. Seemed like she was frustrated and took it out on me. Then one of her employees came out with a package and she snapped at him as well. I don't pay to be treated this way....Unprofessional, unfriendly, poor customer service. Poor service rating. Enough said.
