I have purchased several computers from here and can always get answers to my questions and help with my problems. However, the customer service is terrible. Several
weeks ago I wanted to buy a computer and there were
at least 3 salesmen walking around and nobody offered to
help me, even when I stood in front of their computer
help desk. As soon as they saw me coming they walked away.
