I work in downtown LA and I bring my baby here for daycare 3 days per week. I drop her off at 8:30 and pick her up again at 7pm. I searched high and low for a good doggy daycare. I went to many places and just didnt feel comfortable with most of them. Then when I came to K9 Loft I got a good vibe right away. The staff was super nice and so knowledgable. I could tell they were genuine dog lovers. But most importantly, they had webcams in the daycare area and windows that allow anyone to look in on the dogs at anytime. This really put my mind at rest because it made me feel like they have nothing to hide. Most other doggy daycares were closed off to public viewing. You had no idea what was going on in the back. I am very glad I found K9 Loft. My dog gets to play and socialize in a safe and happy environment.

I recently left my dog at K9 Loft for overnight boarding and had such a good experience. The thought of leaving my dog for a week while I went away on vacation almost made me cancel my trip. Luckily I found K9 Loft and they really put my mind at ease. Before leaving him there for the week I went to see the place and was totally sold. the staff was so kind and helpful. They also showed me the whole facility which really made me feel like they have nothing to hide. But what sealed the deal for me was the webcams in the daycare area. If I could watch my baby from time to time while on vacation it would make the whole experience so much easier. When I came back a week later to pick her up she kept running back to the entry door of the daycare area. She didn't want to leave! That was my answer. I knew she had a good time! I absolutely love this place. Clean, friendly and professional. If you are planning to go away for a while or just looking for daycare I recommend you go see this place with you own eyes. You won't be disappointed.

I hope I don't sound too effusive in this review but I really like this place. Echo Park really needed a place like this. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and really goes out of their way to help you. The first time I went there was to get my dog groomed and they noticed that my dog had a few hot spots. They immediately called me and let me know about it. And they were also very careful to groom around the irritated areas.

And when I went to get my dog the receptionist spent about 20 minutes going over how to treat it with ointment. Turned out she used to be a vet tech and really knew what she was talking about.

I have now been coming to K9 Loft for almost a year and use them regularly for daycare. I like that their daycare area is surrounded by glass (so you could always see what is going on in there) and they have web cams so I can log on from anywhere and check on my baby. Its clearly obvious that these guys have nothing to hide. Some of the other daycare facilities I have seen have their daycare areas completely closed from public view. No way would I ever leave my dog in such a place. How could you ever know whats going on back there?

I had been so some other daycare facilities in the area but none come close to this place. If you want to leave your dog in a place you can trust then I highly recommend these guys.

I've been taking my French Bulldog Bailey to K9 Loft for about 6 months now and I couldn't be happier. The facility is immaculate, the staff is professional and kind and the pick up and drop off service is so appreciated since my schedule is often unpredictable. I also feel secure knowing that there are vet assistants on staff that can and will take care of anything if it arises. Bailey is so happy there - and to be honest I'm a bit jealous of her being able to hang out and play with such cool dogs and people all day.

Boy were we tired of driving to mid-city for the pet supplies, another place for grooming and yet another person for pet-sitting. Not only does K-9 loft have an excellent selection, they treat our Bella like family!
