I completely concur with the previous review. Do not park your car here. Not only is it dangerous and they oversell parking spaces so that you do not have a space even if you have a monthly parking pass, the owner is a lier and a cheat. I came to the place on the 15th of the month and was told I could buy a pass for $85 that would be good for an entire month. Then, he did not honor the pass for an entire month, rather asking me to pay for another month beginning on the 1st. When I tried to reason with him, he got verbally abusive and banned me from the garage. It was a terrible experience.‎

If you have any choice at all..DO NOT PARK HERE. The owner constantly over sells the garage, so even if you have a monthly pass you may not have a spot waiting for you after nine pm. The owner sells the garage to a valet service during the weekends, so they park illegally all over the garage and drive dangerously the wrong way up one way ramps at high speeds. I've had my car keyed several times and broken into and the owner just laughs. He also keeps raising the price although the garage is getting worse every week. And the place is a fire trap. If the FD ever should up they'd shut the place down in a heart beat. If you are moving to Korea town and looking for parking avoid this place like the plague.‎
