I had a VERY bad experience with The Justice Connection
From Berkeley, I hired The Justice Connection to serve and file a small claims complaint in Temecula. Mike DiVita charged money to my credit card and then kept ignoring each of my email communications asking for a status report (even though he had promised to keep me posted), until I finally hired another company to serve the complaint because the deadline was approaching the next day and I had no idea what was happening with The Justice Connection.
I had to contest the credit card charge, and only after I contested the charge, and only after seeing my review online did Mike email me, 23 days after the complaint needed to be served and 3 days after the HEARING ITSELF, with an attachment suggesting maybe the complaint was served (unnecessarily at this point) after all - news to me since he never gave me, as he promised to, any updates, and I had hedged my bets by getting it served and filed by someone else.
His phone message to me when he saw the negative review? (Note: "soo" is misspelled because the review won't let me print the word spelled correctly) ?Hey Nico, this is Mr. DiVita from The Justice Connection. I read your little review. You got 24 hours to print a retraction or I?m gonna soo the s*** out of you. I will soo the s*** out of you, you little f***er. I hope you understand what I?m saying. You know?you f***ed up. You just?Oh my God, you f***ed up dude. You better print a retraction real quick or you will be in court real soon with this thing.?
Gee, and I was hoping for an apology for all the ignored emails, and broken promises of communication, that got us here. :-(
