Every staff member, from the receptionist to the owner, are absolutely wonderful people! They ensure a warm welcome to new and old clients which is essential if you're a newbie to waxing. From my first visit to the present, I have NEVER once felt awkward before, during, or after my appointments. They offer bottled waters, a comfortable lounge area (but you NEVER have to wait more than 30 seconds!) and great conversation! Mendy, the owner, is very personable and naturally a people-person. They use a modern technique that does not require the sometimes painful wax paper. I refer ALL of my friends here; girls and guys!

This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and I was terrified! After all the stories I'd heard, I was convinced I wouldn't be able to walk for a few days. Completely opposite! The staff was great and Rachel was exceptional. We talked the entire time and the experience was virtually pain-free! I will be back and recommend this place to anyone that wants a thorough waxing and pleasant experience.
