Adam has been my point person now on five different projects totaling about 1000 pieces, most of which have been 12" x 18" posters printed on digital press. He is helpful, friendly and responsive. Print quality and control are consistently high and pricing is reasonable. They will actually work with you to get the product you want in the timeframe you need it. Recommended.‎

Dang is the owner of Jungle, so I don't know who "Adam" could be in the review listed here. Dang is focused on customer service. It is a busy design and copy and print shop. Have seen Dang flying around the shop on his rollerblades. Have done repeat business with them.‎

Buyer beware of hidden charges and no warranty on substandard workmanship. We were charged an unreasonable rush fee on our order without our consent. When I tried to negotiate with the owner Adam later, he claimed to having called me. Interestingly, my phone company has no record of any call from the store. And they sure did a "rushed job". The print was smudging the next which upset my 5 year old daughter. When informed about this Adam said abnoxiously "You bought it and approved it last night. It is your problem (even though there is no way to tell that it would smudge later). We do not want your business because we have bigger jobs to do". So much for customer service and warranties and taking pride in your work. Awful exerience.‎
