TERRIBLE‎

I rented a jumper for my daughter's birthday on July 8, 2009. The jumper was old and ratty. They did not anchor it down at all so it kept moving around and coming disconnected from the blower. The jumper would collapse and I would have to reconnect it to the blowers. Also, the jumper required two loud blowers that did not seem to work well (on/off switches did not work and had to be unplugged to turn off). The jumper required 2 blowers which the delivery person plugged into the same outlet. It was too much electrical load on the outlet which blew out so it needs to be repaired by an electrician. We spent an hour before the party running extension cords to other outlets so the jumper would inflate. No response from the company when I called to complain. DON'T BE FOOLED BY LOW PRICES... THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT!‎

We rented tables, chairs, and the sumo suits for my sons graduation party from JumpnJump. They had the best prices, and I checked several different places between Yucaipa and Fontana. Our overall price was below what we anticipated because they worked to keep the prices fair and within our budget since we were renting so much from them. The customer service was above what you get from companies anymore and beyond what I expected. Kudos to the owner/manager for upholding your employee's to a high standard of quality customer service that rarely is found anymore. I will definitely use your services again and have already recommended you to several friends that are planning summer parties.‎

I highly recommend Jump n Jump in Rialto, Ca.!! I used them twice now for birthday parties and I have to say I've been very pleased with their service! Their prices are GREAT! They are very friendly over the phone and in person. I found them to be very punctual when delivering and even offered some extra time for use of the jumper!! They made sure our needs were met both times! I had other places give me a certain pick-up time and they show up before the time. :( I most definitely will be using Jump n Jump in the near future!! DO NOT USE JUMP N JUMP THEY...‎

First of all we rented a mini slide from Jump N Jump for my son's first birthday party when the slide arrived it was not only filthy but it was not properly set up. It was set on slop and was not properly anchored down on one side. So not once but twice the slide literally flips over on to are guest and the generated connected almost hits someone while trying to get the kids out. On top of this an hour into getting the jumper the generator went out and we were with out of the jumper for a good hour and a half until we got another one. So the next day we call Jump N Jump and let them know the half ass job they done. Which I'm sure they already knew because the workers were there the last time the jumper flipped over and we just had them take it down early because it was to unsafe for the kids. So we request a partial refund just on the slide since we didn't get full service for it but we were denied. They said they would give us a credit for next time. Ok, like if I would ...
