I was very depressed after visitng Juels Pet Shop. They had about 7 or 8 depressed sickly puppies with a sign that read all puppies 1/2 off. The beagle/bull dog had skin problems, the Cockapoo didn't even get up, the papillion was frantically pawing at the glass window to get to the caged cats that were in her sight line, the german shepher pups were eating their own diahrhea. I went home and prayed to St Francis to relieve this lovable creatures from this prison.

I would bet these pups were acquired from puppy mills.
