Dr. Ortlieb's name came up several times, so I felt comfortable making my appointment with his office when I was due to have my check-up. My experience at his office was stellar from the first telephone contact to make the appointment, to the thorough cleaning by Amy who I was informed is one of three very caring hygienists. I needed to replace a crown that had a cavity under it. Dr. Ortlieb took the time to show me the X-ray and explain the procedure so I actually understood why the crown was being replaced. He proceeded to work with great precision and one of the lightest touches that I have ever experienced. He truly has hands of gold.My crowns is incredible! I can't say enough about Dr. Ortlieb's talent as a dentist. Try him...I'm glad I did.
