BUYER BEWARE DISTRESSED VEHICLES‎
I went to look at two different used vehicles at this dealership on 5/23/2010. BOTH of them had terrible damage on the inside and outside. The FIRST one that we looked at had OBVIOUS FLOOD damage and MILDEW throughout the inside and outside of the vehicle. It was a 2009 with LOW MILES and priced at 16995, AS WELL as drastic RUST all over the underside of the car. I showed the salesman the obvious damage and he ignored me and insisted this vehicle has never had any such problems and that it was not on the CARFAX. the SECOND car I looked at had OBVIOUS BURN marks on all of the vents on the dash, melted to the point that the slider to control air flow would not move. It was priced at 16995 as well!!! THEY WILL SELL ANYTHING THEY GET WITHOUT DISCLOSING OBVIOUS AND SEMI-HIDDEN SIGNS OF DAMAGE!!!‎

Salesperson did not get me a quote or...‎
I bought a new truck from Jon Lancaster in 1994 and had a good experience, and so I went there first when looking for a Sienna AWD Limited van. The salesman, Scott Mynuk, took down the details in order to get me an estimate, as Jon Lancaster did not have it in inventory. He never called me back with a quote. I left a message on his voice mail. He did not call return the call. I left a message at the desk. Again, no response. I waited for over a week and then purchased a 2010 Sienna at Libertyville Toyota in Illinois, where the sales guy was competent, and they gave me exactly the deal I was after. I would avoid Jon Lancaster if you are looking for a high end car. Maybe it was just this sales guy, but it was a bad experience. I'm giving them 2 stars, rather than 1, as my initial impression was good--but that was back in 1994.‎

Nate is a super person and salesman. I wouldn't deal with anyone else at Jon Lancaster, and neither would my daughter. We both but Corolla's from Nate and couldn't be happier, I love defending Toyota's over these last recalls. ...

Excellent Service From The Jon Lancaster Team‎
It is interesting to read that today someone had a problem getting the promised new tires for their Toyota. I was in for an oil change, check-up and tire rotation today that came with the service contract that I bought with my 2005 Tacoma, which also comes with the Tire Rewards Program. What I really was going to write about is the excellent service the Lancaster Team gives we customers which not only includes pristene service but amazingly good coffee and wonderful advice. I had mentioned that since my last oil change, my Tacoma seemed to pull to the left at high speeds to the point that I felt like I may be developing Carpal Tunnel as I fly down the Interstate 5 days a week. Well, the rotation of the tires completely solved the problem and I will know to watch for it the next time its done. One of the very helpful techs told me that not only can I at least talk to the Service Team about replacing my 5/32s tires sooner because of my Interstate driving and the fact that I have over ...

Refused Tire Replacement‎
This tire replacement appears to be a common issue. I too followed the rules and they denied us for missing one oil change. I understand that they have to follow the rules, but that is ridiculous!!!! It appears to me that you are better off not being suckered in to that add-on when it comes to buying a car. I have to be honest, I have always bought my cars here, but after this recent experience, it makes think twice about it in the future. Losing a car buyer hardly seems worth the risk here guys!!!‎
