Roomy facility, well laid-out, lots of machines, excellent support staff, friendly and accommodating. Therapist seems well trained, carefully took history, outlined treatment. Owner seems well in control of the operation and ready to facilitate if necessary. Excellent security, clean, comfortable and welcoming. Compared with two other PT facilities in the neighborhood, Joint Effort Physical Therapy is far and away the superior in every category. You have to give it a plus just for the name--"Joint Effort." And that's the way the facility operates. Two weeks down, all positive.
