POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE‎

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! All they want is your money. They do not care to listen to what you have to say. Everytime I called, the answers were: "Oh, I have three other people here, I will have to call you back." "Oh, I am typing something, I will have to call you back." "Visit our website and fill out the form!!" "I cannot give you advice on the phone.." If they cared to listen, all I wanted to know was how to get to their address!!!!! They shut you off before you can ask a question!!!! Guess what, no phone calls back!!??? Listening on your part would be much appreciated by your clients. YOU BRING EMBARRASMENT TO THE COUNTY OF ALAMEDA!!!‎
