During the recent insane heat wave we all suffered through, lucky me came to find out the sweet charmer of an old building I lived in (built in the 30's) would blow the fuse box in less than 2 minutes of air conditioner time. Yikes. Johnson Electric came over and redid the entire wiring in my apartment, installed a new fuse box (the old one had been in the building nearly fifty years) and did it all with kindness, courtesy and expertise. Highly recommended.
