I went to this shoe store on the recommendation of a friend who's occupation demands spending a lot of time on his feet. I needed some walking shoes with a good support system that wouldn't break down. The employee who waited on me listened to the brand name of shoes I was interested in and agreed that they should work for me. The shoes aren't cheap but you don't want to mess around when it comes to your feet. After all look how much time you spend on them and how they can affect your entire body.
I bought two pairs of Brooks shoes and two pairs of Power Step insoles. The insoles make a major difference even in an older pair of shoes I wear to the park.
Stop complaining about your feet and legs hurting because of your shoes and head to John's store.

The employees at John's Run/Walk Shop really know how to fit shoes. They know if you overpronate, underpronate, or if you have a fairly neutral gait. This may not be much of an issue if you're getting a pair of thongs at the drug store; but if you're a dedicated runner, walker, or suffer from severe fibromyalgia like I do, getting the correct fit in a sport shoe is critical. These people know their stuff-really. They'll spend the time it takes even if you're extremely hard to fit. Don't waste your time elsewhere if you care about your feet. They carry a wide variety of better brands and their prices are reasonable (this is not a Shoe Carnival or Payless). Very Highly Recommended. With a new location in Lexington Green its convenient for everyone. They seem to have everything you need for exercising or just hanging out around home. Good selection and prices are fair. We can't help but be pulled in when we visit Lexington Green.
