your operation scheduled here instead of at the hospital, try and do it. The people at John Muir Urgent Care are lovely and gentle and really take their time with you. I can't speak highly enough about them. In fact, they even got together and sent me a get-well card after my operation there. ...

I am not pleased with the service. Everytime I've had to come here I have to wait for hours..it's on the same level as the emergency room. I don't find them to be accomodating whatsoever. It's supposed to be somewhere you can go when you have no other options but I don't find them to be helpful at all.

I go here when my regular doctor can't fit me in or it's after hours and I really need to see someone. They have always been accomodating in seeing me right away. The doctors are always different though and some seem a little junior. However, they have always helped the situation or given me a prescription to see me through until my regular doctor could see me.
