A/C unit went out this weekend and they came, diagnosed, and fixed the problem the same day. They were very respectful and let me know what was happening every step of the way.‎

HVAC Salesman Moore than Technician‎

The technician that arrived was moore (yes, spelling pun) interested in selling an entire furnace and AC system then diagnosing a 6.5 yr old unit installation. Suffice it to say, some routine maintenance was needed like a line blow, etc, but surely not a 9500.00 unit that he said would be dead by mid-summer. Well, now we are past mid-summer... I would suggest you stay far far away from these techs/salesman that obviously work on a large commission plan. Please don't give these con artists any business!‎

Don't give them any business‎

I called for them to check my breaker box that was acting up. Every time the AC would be on, i would lose power in the house. So they send their electrician.. His diagnosis was to replace the box for a bigger one - 200 Amps. I was very surprised because this is a new home - less than 3 years old and you would think that the box would handle normal usage. So the quote from them was 2093 - to be done immediately. I was skeptical. Then i call my neighbors electrician and he came next day and he check it out and tighten some screws and check the breakers and problem fix! For 60 bucks! So either John Moore Services is dishonest or just have people that do not know what they are doing. Always get a second opinion people! Don't fall for that trap!‎
