Left waiting 3 hours, no word no service
Set up for commercial estimate, 10 comercial AC units to remove and replace. Told I would receive call between 8-11 am, no word, no call. Called at 11am and they were extremely rude and did not offer help.
Avoid them like the plague if you value your time.

John Moore Does more wrong
John Moore representatives are more sales people than technicians. The first thing they want to do is sell you something even when their purpose is to do warranty work for something they installed. You are always being kept waiting. I have had only one tech ever show up in the window time that they said they would. When I had some additional work done the installer team arrived on time. However they were asking me what they were supposed to be doing. The guy who knew what was going on didn't show up until 5 hours later. Gus was this technician's name. Not only that but prior to this he would make appointments to get back with me on what the game plan was to fix the issue and he would not show up. This happened on three different occasions. Once the work was done it still did not fix the problem. I ended up having to have someone else come out and they identified the problem and fixed it.
