Every day is a good hair day at John Andrews! We have 2 Poms and one Chow and they LOVE John and his crew. This is the only place that I have ever felt comfortable leaving our dogs. They seem to love spa day and are always calm and happy when we pick them up. John has a special way with animals - his heart is truly in it. Wish there were more than just 5 Stars - I would give them all to John!!

I have used John Andrews Pet Salon for several years and he and his staff have always done a great job. John is great and knows exactly what he is doing, I have not once see my puppy get a bad hair cut. John Andrews is a well kept secret of all the rich and famous. It is very interesting to see dogs being droped off by personal assistants or drivers. In several occasions I have seen some of houstons most elite get their pets from John and he acts like its an every day thing. This is a great spot to get your pet the service they need and also a good place to mingle with some of houston's VIPs.

I called on a Friday thinking it would be a few days to get our puppy in for her first grooming. Luckily, there were cancellations because of bad weather and our pup was worked in and ready only a few hours after I brought her in. I have had dogs groomed before (the chains and cute places) and hated having to leave them there for the entire day with someone I didn?t know... When we went to pick her up she was being finished and she was standing calmly on the grooming table with no restraints (compared to when we tried to trim her ourselves and it was absolute torture for us both). She is like a new puppy and my husband and I were both very impressed. Plus, I think our puppy knows that she looks cute! Highly recommended.

I took my cat Kali to John Andrews for a seriously overdo bath and cut. He was so gentle with Kali, that she acutally curled up in his lap while we discussed her needs. Great job! He did exactly what I asked, lions cut, and she looked great and seemed relaxed when I picked her up. I wil continue to take Kali here for her beauty needs. I trust them. Also, the place very clean, easy parking.
