Happy & Satisfied with JOEY'S Carpet Care - will call again
Here I am still pretty new to Lexington and found myself in need of having my carpet professionally cleaned. Had zero idea of who to call so I asked a few neighbors, co-workers, and even thought to call the realtor who sold us our house for advise. And the name I heard more than once was JOEY'S Carpet Care . . . So I called Joey's and was greeted by their receptionist who patiently answered my many questions and suggested I might like a free estimate. As I heard they were expensive the idea of an estimate was really appealing and we scheduled for the very next day. The JOEY'S representative who came out to my home was very personable, polite and knowledgeable. He was kind enough to share that I could find a coupon for savings for Scotchgard on their website at joeyscarpetcare.com and I found this very helpful. It take a few weeks before they could schedule me in for the cleaning but it was well worth the wait. So when it comes time to clean your carpet, be smart and plan ahead, this is truly the only company you need call for great results - JOEY'S Carpet Care.

This company is truly above the rest! So happy to have found them. The employees actually care to deliver the best cleaning results possible and I learned that the owner Joey actually teaches and trains other carpet cleaning companies across the united states how to excel also. What more can one ask for? They were able to remove a stain that had been in my carpet over 5 years and this was after more than one other carpet cleaning company told me it was permanent! So all I know is that if the spot can be removed this is the company that can do it! And they also managed to restore my well used family room upholstery to like new appearance with same results for the tile in my house which never had looked good since the day we moved in and now the grout looks like new! Highly recommend!
