I have had my hair cut at Joelle's in Carmel Mountain twice with two different stylists and I have been very pleased both times! I'm not a very decisive person and both stylists were able to ask a few questions and give me a cut that I was happy with.

I only go to Joelle's for a pedicure. I tried four different stylists there, but have found that they do not listen to what I want and either my bangs come out crooked or the color is off.
