I woke up in the morning to find a major flood in the basement of my SI home. There was water everywhere my finished basement was flooded. I called Joe Kiehlbasa and got an estimate. I got the appointment for that weekend, but unfortunately, it snowed. I got an appointment for the following weekend, but no one came. When I called, they said the woman who gave me the appointment never wrote it down. She promised to come the following weekend. Well, then Joe calls me himself and leaves a message to tell me it is going to rain plus he has family business. So I called and left a message to make it the NEXT Saturday, please call me to confirm. I called twice more after taht, leaving messages to please confirm and not leave me hanging. My calls were never returned.
