Service was disappointing

I had a seperating zipper that my daughter had bought at Joann the day before and brought to me to put in my grandson's jacket. I could not get the zipper to zip after I unzipped it to put it in the jacket. I took it back the next day on my lunch hour. One lady in particular was so rude to me and kept saying you can't bring it back without a receipt. I only wanted to swap it for another one. She even said in the hassle I am not from around here. I just wanted to say what has that got to do with a zipper that won't work. It was even hard for both of them to zip it but they did finally get it zipped and did not offer to exchange it. I am so disappointed in the customer service at Joann.

So Many Fabrics by anthony s. at InsiderPages

Fabric stores seem to be dying out in all but the largest cities. When you do locate one the selection is not good and the prices are outrageous. Jo Ann's has literally hundreds of rows of fabric and notions at really great prices. If you are planning on shopping at Jo Ann's allow yourself several hours to look at everything they have but don't count on much service until you get to the cutting table.

I often make things... clothes, curtains, etc., and always need good fabric to do so. Jo Ann's has some wonderful fabrics. They have all sorts of designs, patterns, solids, different colors, and they are always so helpful when I go in and am in search of something specific, which is most of the time! It's a great place to get the fabric that you may need for your crafts, or for a project you're working on.
