Lousy and Lazy service

I usually get good service here. This last time I went to get my tire repaired. I had a couple of nails in it. So they said it's an extra 5 for the second nail. That's nickle and dye-min.
So the tire jockey puts the tire back on the wheel and I figure he's going to balance it. Nope,he takes it over to the car and proceeds to put it on. I said "since when don't you balance a tire after you remove it from the wheel". He said he put it right back where it was ,so it didn't need it. Bullshit. Asked him to look at my brakes on the same wheel,he said they were fine,he didn't even look at them. Normally they check the air in the other tires,nothing. Were they busy?NO. That is crappy ,lazy service. Management needs to shape these guys up.

Excellent Service and Expert Advice by Bret B. at InsiderPages

Dan at Eberhardt's is awesome. His biggest priority in my experience is value to the customer. He treats people right and knows what he's talking about. His advice has saved me money and time, and everyone at the shop is friendly and motivated. It's the place to go for tires.

Eberhardt's Tire Center by Cay D. at InsiderPages

Eberhardt's Tire Center is a neat, well-organized shop on the outskirts of town that sells tires (Remington, Bridgestone, Kumho, etc.) and also does brakes, shocks, struts and alignments. Eberhardt's opens at 7:30 am, 9 am on Sundays. There's parking inside, off the busy street. The store was recommended to us by a friend of a friend for tires for an older truck. Prices were reasonable, they did a good job and they don't try to sell you something you don't need.
