For whatever reason, Carlsbad doesn't have a Whole Foods, so until then Jimbo's is the best place in town to get those super-healthy foods.

I love their deli and juice bar, and always grab a wheat grass while I'm shopping.

Definitely not as inexpensive as a Trader Joe's, but they have a more Whole-Foods-like selection, so you're not limited to the Trader Joe's brand of some item, and can usually find that great brand you're looking for.

Jimbos Naturally is my goto organic food store. They have a wide selection of healthy food to choose from. It's also a great place to grab a quick meal, they have a deli, some entrees and a soup/salad bar that is healthy and taste great.

It's like a Whole Foods or Henry's, it has mostly organic food as well as a vitamin/nutrition area.

I absolutely love Jimbo's! Aside from Whole Foods, which isn't in SD yet that I know of, this is my favorite natural foods store to shop at.

They always have the freshest, most natural foods out there, and they always have plenty of it. Their produce section is okay, but like most of their other items, it's a little on the expensive side.

Overall though, I think this is a great store, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great grocery store to get their shopping done. Check this place out if you're nearby, their Carlsbad location is great too!

They have daily specials which slay any fast food place for price and quality. For 8 bucks you get a main and 2 sides which not only organic and healthy, but are huge in size too!

The daily specials change but I have yet to get one that is below par.

This is my favorite place for healthy food and grocery shopping. The name says it all. I usually grab a freshly squeezed organic veggie juice when I feel like I need a little pick me up. I highly recommend the alive green if you are not freaked out about drinking veggies. The wheat grass is really fresh as well. Have you ever noticed that Jamba Juice would give you wheat grass that almost turned yellow? Well, Jimbos has the greenest wheat grass that actually taste sweet! I often eat lunch there as well since they have a great selection of hot food or cold sandwiches. Grab a few raw food bar while you are shopping around. <br />

How about getting crystals, incense, essential oil, natural shampoo, etc? This is really your one stop shopping for all of "taking care of yourself" needs. I highly recommend it!
