Best Jiffy Lube I've Been To‎
Great customer service and speedy service. Took time to explain things in detail and didn't treat me like a moron.‎

Worst Jiffy Lube I've ever been to
If you want a bad experience changing your oil go here. We've unfortunately been here 3 times because it's the closest one to our house and we for sure reason forget how bad it is until we go back again. Never again! Terrible customer service, rude/arrogant employees, they're slow, and you leave feeling you've been taken. Go to the one more east on the same road - much, much better. However, I'm thinking of not using Jiffy Lube anymore due to my terrible experiences at this one.

THE WORST‎
Worst customer service experience I've ever had. These guys are absolute cheats and scam artists. Because of these guys I will never visit another Jiffy Lube. Ever. I left my car with these guys in perfectly fine running condition for about an hour, when I got back, my car wouldn't start (battery was drained). The guys at the shop said my battery was "a piece of crap", then tried to up-sale me to a $70-100 dollar battery. When I called them on it, & said it was an interesting coincidence that my 3-month-old battery failed directly after it was in their custody, the gray-haired gentleman helping me literally through a fit like an infant. I'VE NEVER SEEN THIS KIND OF TERRIBLE SERVICE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. After I inquired how much their new batteries were (I don't live in salt lake, & I was in a hurry, so I didn't have a lot of other options) he told me he wouldn't sell me a battery and I'd just have to do with a jump. So, after he gave me a ...

Can't follow simple instructions?‎
I've been less than pleased with Jiffy Lube in the past, due mostly to things like trying to sell me things I don't need or didn't ask for, so it was with some reluctance I decided to try getting my air-conditioner flushed. I called to see how much it would be and they said it would depend on what kind of freon it took. The guy I talked to said to talk to Geno when I arrived. Sure enough when I got down there they said I needed the more expensive coolant (something I'm also a little skeptical about but that's a different story). In any case, I left to do an errand and when I returned I had a safety, emissions inspection (something I don't need and didn't ask for) *and* they didn't do the air-conditioning system recharge! At this point I was out of time, and thought that perhaps it was better to go elsewhere ...

Liars!
The location on 3300 South and Main Street pulled out the fuses for my brake lights and wanted me to pay them to replace the lights (I found this out when I got home and noticed the fuses were not pushed all the way in. Once they were, the lights worked fine). They also tried to sell me additives, charge my insurance company $90 to repair two dime size chips in my windshield, said I had a transmission leak (though the fluid was marked as full and not filled by them), had an oil leak, (though no oil stains mark the spot where I park my car every day and I was down 1/2 qt as usual), and a host of other things that I either didn't need or were incredibly over-priced. All I came in for was an oil change, and they wanted me to leave paying them hundreds of dollars.

I should have known better than to let Jiffy Lube touch my car, and certainly will never go back again.
