As a high end watch and jewelry store catering to knowledgable and sophisticated buyers, we attempt to provide excellent customer satisfaction. The information and review by Mr. Verheijen is filled with misrepresentations and untruths. We sold him a preowned watch which was exact in every detail. In attemting to do him a favor, the buyer scamed us out of $150 which we payed on his authorization to have a testor fixed by Brietling. This was not part of the watch! As for any police involvement, sorry but the buyer must be having some hallucinatory experiences. This is a total fabrication. Doing business with this buyer is a high risk proposition. Beware!

I went there to buy a very expensive Breitling Emergency Watch that I found through Ebay. Because it was such an expensive piece I went over and wanted to see it first. In the beginning they where nice, promised me a 2 year warranty. Guess the freq box what is a mayor part of this Emergency Watch was broken. I contacted Breitling, had to return it and send it in and Breitling repared it for free, Than Jewels in Time wanted to charge me $ 150,00 just for sending it in. Of course I didn't want to pay that because it was warranty and sold broken. Than they said I didn't have to pay, but my warranty was over, and had to leave the store or they would call the police on me. They also promised me to get me a manual for the Breitling Emergency Watch when they sold it to me, and that was in April, after contacting them several times finally they answered one of my e-mails in July that they where not capable of getting a manual. thanks Jewels In Time never again.
