No loyality to long term customers
I would not recommend this clinic for your dog unless your ok with paying out the a**. They have a great doggie day care great value. After a year and 1/2 of using them for doggie day care and need to utilize there vet services I was appalled how they treated me and my pet over the course of treatment. I paid the bill in full and told them I would not use the vet service but wanted to still utlize doggie day care they booted my dog to the curb. Very upsetting that this is how they do there clients that have never stiffed them on a bill. thanks guys!

Always get good care here.
I happened to look on this site looking for Dr. Burda's phone number since I could not recall it/find the card, and read the reviews and just wanted to say I've been taking my cats to this clinic for more than 10 years and have never experienced anything but the most professional services and a lot of caring - they even call to see how my pet is doing when something is really wrong, make a special effort to get me in in the event of emergencies, everyone is friendly, I've never had an unreasonable wait, and never have I felt overcharged - in fact, compared to other facilities where I've had to go in an emergency, I think they are downright reasonable, and they have never ordered tests that were not necessary - sometimes I would even have encouraged more tests and they take the more conservative approach. They are friendly, caring/concerned and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. In fact, once when I had an emergency in the middle of the night and had to go to the pet hospital, the vet there looked at the record and said, oh, Dr. Burda, he's a fine human being and a great vet, which I thought was pretty nice.

Vet Clinic
I took my dog koko in for a yearly exam. The lady at the front desk was very efficent and friendly, I think her name was Tish or Trish. I was fine with everything until I saw the vet. He said that koko needed all this tests for bloodwork. And my bill was outrageous. The total was around 300. I was okay with that as long as it was needed. Well come to find out I decided to go to another vet clinic and get a second opinon on the vet's plan for treatment. The second doctor I went too (at NW Freeway Vet Clinic) ensured me that there was nothing wrong with koko and while some of the lab work that was done was reccommened about 75% of the tests run were compeltely uneccessary. I feel kinda robbed. Also the wait times are agonizing. Other than that the clinic is in a good location. Prices are high!

Great experience!
I had a great experience at Jester Vet clinic. I am a high school Biology teacher and when my classroom pet-rat got a tumor Dr. Burda did an excellent job of offering a lot of great advice and ultimately operating on her. Dr. Burda took his time and really explained the options we had for treating her tumor and did a great job caring for her. The staff was nice enough to take pictures so that I could use it as a learning experience for my class. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, especially Dr. Burda's wife who also works at the clinic. I would definately recommend this clinic to friends.
