He really helped in a pinch!

I woke up in the morning to water leaking out of the pipes in my laundry room. I am new in town and new to the house and needed someone's help in a hurry. After calling several large plumbing contractors in the area who told me it would be hours, I found Jerry on CitySearch.

He was the only one who had any sense of urgency in his voice and he talked me through how and where to shut the water off and promised to be here within an hour. That kind of service means everything.
