Quality treatment given, very thorough, easy to get an apt if schedule at end of visit otherwise you will be placed on hold for 15+ minutes each time you call and it will be obvious that they are frustrated with being too busy to answer questions regarding schedules and/or leaving messages, very pleasant atmosphere in waiting area as they have currently remodeled - only pleasant AFTER being forced to grit your teeth as the emotionless staff checks you in. I strongly urge the physicians to possibly enroll these ladies in more training in dealing with patients and remind them that they work at an office that deals with patients with MENTAL DISORDERS and not the pediatrician's office. I've been going to this location for 5 years now. I'm very satisfied with the service I've received from the doctor, and my appointments are always on time, which is great. Unfortunately, I have decided to stop going to this location because there is too many office staff, none of which are knowledgable. Good luck trying to get them to return a phone call relating to a billing question. The voicemail is rude, and they never call back. It is the most frustrating process. So unfortunately, the good doctors are not worth the constant headaches of the incompetent staff.

Every time Ive been to this practice the experience has been very relaxed, friendly and professonal. The doctors are awesome and the office staff friendly and professional. The only drama I've seen is when firing patients who didn't pay their bill after multiple warnings or who are non complient.

Compuer systems may need to be upgraded. Also charges can vary. Overall a good practice.

The Dr.'s are very good, although fairly inexperienced on a couple counts. However, this mostly shows up in there knowledge of treatments where they are more up to date on new techniques. The girls at the front desk are useless and should have been fired yesterday.
