We were pressured into buying a used SUV under false pretenses. We were lied to about the car's gas mileage and they refused to take our old but mint condition Chrysler as a trade in. Instead they wanted us to give them our trade in FREE!!!! The whole experience felt like we were taken advantage of and treated unethically. We will never return to Normandin Chrysler and will never buy another car from Harry Singh or take our Chrysler in to be serviced by Rick Toscano, the head of the service department.

Pros : They return your phone calls promptly

Cons : Unethical, put profits first and customer last
