Jazzy's on Pleasant Ridge is no longer open. While they had their issues, I will miss them for the convenience of location. Hopefully someone will buy the business and re-open it soon, new and improved!

As dirty when I left as it was when I arrived
I am completely dissatisfied with the poor abilities of Jazzy's car wash to do what their title implies - wash a car. Only the large panels on the exterior of the car were cleaned even though I purchased their "Deluxe" cleaning, inside and out.
They missed half of the dash, the shifter console and one floormat. They didn't even vacuum under the floor mats. The door jambs were not wiped down and still dirty.
I did not have time to stop back by and complain but I can assure you I will be contacting whomever owns/operates this place to let them know they lost as least two customers today.

Not Worth The Money
We had our car detailed at Jazzys for $99.99 and we were very displeased. There were spots left on the car and in the doorwells, and streaks on the sides where water/was had run down. Also, had our 2nd car washed and was left dirty inside and spots on the outside. Will never go back.

jazzy's - service stinks
We have tried 3 times to 'get it right' at Jazzy's. They ALWAYS forget something. There must be NO supervision between 'supervisors' (duh) and employees. On a FULL detail (the priciest one they have!?!?!?) they have forgotten the top of dash, the door openings, the rear bumper!?!?!, and the back seat pockets which I SPECIFICALLY asked to have done. WHAT MORE DO YOU HAVE TO SAY????? Clean out the back seat pockets or I'll shout from the rooftops how BAD your service isr???? Well, I finally just had enough. I won't go back and I live SO close - I think I'll drive over to Richmond road to get my SUV and BMW done - RIGHT!

Jazzy's Carwash Customer Review
I've only been to Jazzy's a handful of times. My last two visits at Jazzy's were both unacceptable. The first visit of these two visits, I drove in after work around 5:30, the sign was still up stating they closed at 6p. There were several cars ahead of me, and I knew I would be waiting. Finally, a man came to my window and told me that I had pulled in after they had turned the sign to say they were closed. But offered to wash the outside of my car, just couldn't do the inside. That was fine considering I really needed to have the salt off my car. And I just didn't think it was even worth the argument...and let it go. Two weeks later, I went for the same deal. Got there right after 5p, I paid for the Silver Service 13.99--vaccume and outside washed. When all was done, I noticed they didn't even touch my dash board, console, side doors, bottom of door jams, steering, etc. They ONLY vaccumed my car. Instead of turning all the way around and waiting in line once again, I just called the number on the receipt, stated my claim and asked excatly what the 13.99 package paid for...did they not clean off your dash boards and side doors? The lady said they are to clean the dash but not the side doors and that she would have the manager call me back. Needless to say they never called me back. Very poor customer care and lack of consideration. The next time I want to have my car professionally done, I'll make a trip to Jeff's. They had always made my car shine inside and out. To the Jazzy's employees, management, etc...you have lost many customers and much more in profit. I suggest you revamp the vision of your company and make it noticable.
