Jazzy's Carwash Customer Review
I've only been to Jazzy's a handful of times. My last two visits at Jazzy's were both unacceptable. The first visit of these two visits, I drove in after work around 5:30, the sign was still up stating they closed at 6p. There were several cars ahead of me, and I knew I would be waiting. Finally, a man came to my window and told me that I had pulled in after they had turned the sign to say they were closed. But offered to wash the outside of my car, just couldn't do the inside. That was fine considering I really needed to have the salt off my car. And I just didn't think it was even worth the argument...and let it go. Two weeks later, I went for the same deal. Got there right after 5p, I paid for the Silver Service 13.99--vaccume and outside washed. When all was done, I noticed they didn't even touch my dash board, console, side doors, bottom of door jams, steering, etc. They ONLY vaccumed my car. Instead of turning all the way around and waiting in line once again, I just called the number on the receipt, stated my claim and asked excatly what the 13.99 package paid for...did they not clean off your dash boards and side doors? The lady said they are to clean the dash but not the side doors and that she would have the manager call me back. Needless to say they never called me back. Very poor customer care and lack of consideration. The next time I want to have my car professionally done, I'll make a trip to Jeff's. They had always made my car shine inside and out. To the Jazzy's employees, management, etc...you have lost many customers and much more in profit. I suggest you revamp the vision of your company and make it noticable.
