The aggravation of dealing with the wise ass wannabe tough guy, who likes to yell at women, who is the owner is not worth the trouble no matter the price, almost as if he wants to get punched so he can sue you! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Its time for the owner to retire.
Jays is a great place to buy appliances. But do not deal with the owner - Richard. He is extremely rude and un-friendly. Its always an off day with him. Even my neighbors told me to make my purchases with the other sales people. Hey, retail is not easy, but I expect some common courtesy. People like me keep Jays in business. Maybe they play the bad cop - good cop routine, i dont have time to play games. Just answer my questions and a good price, then close the deal. An outstanding sales person to deal with is Gary.
