I want to say thank you to John and his crew for all the good service. I purchased a bike from Jax and I was not oversold and had all my questions answered immed. The bike which I wanted was not in the Fullerton Stores inventory, so an employee drove across town and picked up my size from a different store without any questions. The bike was a perfect fit and I am a very happy customer. They have a great exchange policy with no questions asked for the first 30 days‎

I moved to Fullerton 4 months ago. I first noticed Jax while driving by in Chapman ave. You can see hundreds of bikes hanging on the walls in the huge warehouse sized building. I immediately took interest and stopped by on my next outing. Upon entering I took a walk around the entire shop. They have a HUGE selection of all kinds of bikes. The coolest cruisers, racers, road bikes, mountian bikes, etc.. They also had a great selection of accessories, tires, tubes, locks, pegs, everything you could want. I met the manager Chris who was totally cool! Just the kinda guy that everyone would love to be friends with. I asked him about this little folding city bike that they had displayed on the counter top and he asked if I would like to take it for a spin. I said sure! So we both slapped on some helmets and went for big loop around the entire center. I told him I was new in town and he welcomed me to Fullerton. I didnt buy anything that day but I knew I would be back for some things. Today ...

coming from down south i checked out this shop with some local friends, very kewl shop, very helpful and friendly. They aint pushy and upselling everything, and didnt make fun of my whack road bike, will deffinatley go there again when i come up. They only carry haro and mirra co for bmx though not sure if they can order others though, but they got road bikes cruisers i didnt check out the mountain bikes though. much better than the other shop down the street.‎

when deciding what bike to buy, they were nothing but helpful, friendly and not pushy. I'd recommend it highly. They are very knowledgeable and when something went wrong with something I bought there - they fixed it immediately. ...

Just renovated, the new Jax in fullerton has a great new look and still great service and convenient hours. Open on weekends also and even on Memorial day. Quick turnaround, reasonable prices, and a good selection of different bikes and accessories. Parking is easy and products are aesthetically pleasing. Prices are typical and has good range of different products and bikes. Friendly staff and very helpful.
