We have been taking our cars to Jax Auto for over 20 years and have NEVER had one problem. We even sent our teenage girls with their cars knowing that they would not be taken ...

Jax did some unusual repairs for my daughter's car last year. They charged less than other estimates and did extra repair for free.
We went back for a couple of other things and we love them.
I am going to them today for a transmission for my daughter's car that has 155,000 miles on it. The Ford dealer charged me money to do nothing except turn over the engine. Edgar is pleased to take care of us again and said to come on down.

I took the car to JAX Automotive Repair and discussed the problem with the lead mechanic, whom I have known for some time. He told me that it was a simple repair and fixed it promptly, and at a fair price. The car passed the Test Only with flying colors! The dealer wanted over twice as much to do the same work (I checked), and the car now runs perfectly. Edgar, the lead mechanic, is honest, reliable, and I have no problem sending my wife to him for auto repairs, and have recommended him to several friends, who also agree with me. Even on a new vehicle, once out of factory warranty, I will rely on JAX and Edgar to keep it running in top condition.

Had a problem with my car stalling....they said they couldnt find the problem for days.....then they told me it was some control valve and all they had to do was clean it.....they cleaned it....i drove off and my car died at the red light....i had it towed to another shop and they said someone unplugged all my hoses.....WOW....considering the area they worked on wasnt even close to my internal hoses.....
