Dr. Java is amazing! I experienced severe foot pain on a Thursday evening and suffered through the weekend. By Monday morning I couldn't walk and was on crutches. I sought treatment from another doctor, but received less than acceptable service from the front office staff. The service was so bad that I didn't feel comfortable staying for my appointment. While in the waiting room of the other provider, I found Dr. Java on the internet via my cell phone. I called the office and was warmly greeted by his amazing and warm office manager Lilia. I told her I was in awful pain and she scheduled my appointment for an hour later. Upon my arrival at Dr. Java's office, Lilia could see the pain all over my face, and assured me that Dr. Java would help. Dr. Java was warm and informative. He took x-rays, diagnosed my problem, and explained why it was necessary to cast my foot. He explained the healing process and I left satisfied and pain free. I began my day in pain and ended it pain free thanks to Dr. Java.
I highly recommend this doctor. He is very knowledgeable and his great spirit and wonderful sense of humor had me laughing away the pain in no time. He's the best. And Lilia is a real gem. After my bad experience earlier that day with another practice, I was cautious about cold calling another practice. But It was Lilia's kind and concerned first impression that won me over. I highly recommend Dr. Java. You will not be disappointed.

***if any doctors are reading this, remember that first impressions are everything. The doctor from earlier in the day could have been wonderful, but I never found out because her front office person was beyond rude. I was in excruciating pain, and I walked out of their office. That pretty much explains the poor service.
