I had a bi-lateral capsulectomy on 39 yr old silicone implants with silicone implant replacement and abdomen/hip liposuction. I was a bit apprehensive at first about having the surgery in his office surgery suite, but it is adjacent to Cy-Fair Hospital. Everyone was professional and it turned out fine. Dr. Tang and his staff are so friendly and available anytime to answer questions or concerns.
I am less than one week out from surgery and doing great. Dr. Tang saw me the day after surgery and again 5 days later to make sure everything looked good.
I would recommend Dr. Tang to anyone considering plastic surgery. His in-office surgery suite also keeps costs lower than many other doctors, which is a bonus.

The New ME:)
I love my results. I had the "mommy makeover", Breast Augmentation and Tummy Tuck. I have 5 children (One pregnacy with very big twins). Dr. Tang told me exactly what he was going to do and how to get the best results before my surgery. I lost 15 lbs. before hand and will continue my workout routine after I heal. He did an awesome job. I am 4 weeks out and my tummy is flatter than a tight drum and my breasts look awesome.....so speaks my hubby:) When I had questions he and his office staff were there at the drop of a hat. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. James Tang A GREAT PLASTIC SURGEON ! After doing extensive research, Dr. Tang was one of three chosen for consultation. He was very warm and welcoming during the consultation. Dr. Tang was the most personal and attentive to me for what I wanted. He answered all my questions, and I never felt rushed. I knew right away he was the doctor for me. My breast augmentation was phenomenal! My breasts feel so natural. I love my balanced figure. I could not have gotten better results anywhere. I highly recommend Dr. James Tang to anyone!
