POOR STAFF
I went here to tan one day, and there was this Thick blonde girl working behind the counter and I had, had planty of sessions left in the High Pressure, and enought lotion i mean i must have been preasured a couple of days bfore that by another girl. so shes going on and on about these lotions are the best. So i told her again i dont need lotion i just bough some days before that. and so she says well your getting kinda low on you sessions, and so i made the comment of i just bought those when i bought the lotion i belive i got the 25% off the lotion for buying more sessions? So then she says " Well your all SET__' In bed five. ( sounding snotty) So i carried on and went into the room she said i was able to tan in, Once i got in i did not realize the timer at "First so i Was prepared to tan and noticed the timer and had changed a digit down and i also realized and the same moment, that the time was a significant amount lower.... so i yelled out to the Girl in the Front, the timer on the bed has counted down with out me turning the bed on, So she says ok i will take care of that for you, so i wait a while and i ask again, so in response she say im sorry i cant get the bed to reset so i said ok! Can i move to another bed! So she replies sure. So i go to the front desk and say ok well what number bed should i go in that will work! So she says just a minute, and she typing something in on the computer and she turns to me and says that will be so much $ and i said to her i thought you said i could change to a different bed! and she says yes you can it will be this much $. So i asked why will it be the cost of that when the counter counted down with out me starting the bed and she said well theres a timer and i said i didnt take the whole length of the time.. So she says im sorry but i cant let you tan unless you want to change beds by paying a small fee ( mind you this was no small fee)
So i said no and before i walked away i said i would like you to leave a message for your manager and so she said i will. I went in later to see if she had spoken to her manager and.. She hadn't So i asked the timing of when the manager would be in. So fourth i came back to the salon When the manager (Ashley) was available, and so i preceded to tell her what happened at my previous tan, she had looked throw her files and said yes i see that u tanned so fourth i explained to her more thoroughly what happened and she preceded to tell me that she was sorry and that if i did want to change beds that day i would have had to pay the amount that was provided to me the day of the incident.....
I recommending not EVER going to this tanning salon it was over priced for one and it POOR" assistants, with the employ ( also the Manger)
