Bizarre Experience
Richard Jacobson was extremely expensive for a diagnosis for braces for health reasons & he ended up doing a retainer instead. He said he threw away records & that an x-ray his records said he took was never actually taken. A year dragged on while he said he would look into why he had so much of my money when he ended up doing a retainer. He said it was because he had a perfect record without any unhappy patients so he wasn't used to being asked this. When I saw the actual file at the LA County Courthouse of the Jennings v. Jacobson malpractice lawsuit, however, referencing six-figure settlement figure (read the actual file, the summary of lawsuits lists it as dismissed which seems to reference dismissal due to settlement), I realized this made no sense & finally my credit card had to charge him back for never doing what he promised.
