I have taken my mom to many physicians and she was never cared for -I mean Really cared for, the way Dr. Jacobs cared for her.

He sat down and explained her medical situation and all her options to us. He was very understanding and empathetic. I did not feel rushed. he was very knowledgeable about traditional and non-traditional options available to us.

He answered all our questions. Its nice to see a doctor who is also a good person with a good personality!

A doctor that actually listens to your worries and gives you answers. I felt taken care of in his office as he was caring yet totally professional and very knowledgeable. I dont think I ever enjoyed a dr visit so much - as he made me feel valued as a patient. Easy to find office (I didnt get lost!!).

I absolutely recommend Dr. Jacobs on a regular basis to friends and family in the area. He is thorough, kind, and always on time. He isn't intimidating like most doctors I've been to and makes it easy for me to ask questions and, most importantly, to get answers. He asks a lot of questions about all aspects of my life in order to get a well-rounded idea of what may be going on with me. I can tell he is always up to date on the latest information and studies because he quotes them when answering my questions. Overall hes a smart and reliable doctor- and hes good looking too!

Very impressed with Dr. Jacobs! Most doctors have ignored my complaints about my symptoms saying it is nothing and that I was fine. I knew something was off in my body and I had symptoms to show for it. Dr Jacobs listened to me and took me seriously enough to run a few tests and give me a proper diagnosis and suggest a course of treatment. We are currently treating the issue, I feel back to normal and I cannot thank Dr. Jacobs enough! I am so happy I found Dr. Jacobs!

A big NO vote on Dr. Jacobs. I came in with a tentative diagnosis from an out-of-network provider at Cedars-Sinai, hoping to establish a relationship with a doctor covered by my insurance. Even though I have test results showing autoimmunity, allergy, malabsorption and digestive issues, Dr. Jacobs treated me like a hysterical middle-aged hypochondriac woman by insisting I was depressed and the depression was causing all my symptoms. What a load of shite...and I'll be paying cash for the CS doc, who actually thinks that the lowest vitamin d levels she's ever seen might be more than a lack of sunshine and too much stress. Dr. Jacobs actually seemed to concur with the CS docs opinion at one point during our visit, but essentially said that the condition usually comes back after treatment, so what's the point of treating it. If you're looking for ersatz charm, Dr. Jacobs is your man; if you need more substantial medical care, don't waste your time and seek help elsewhere.
