over books patients so you typically wait an hour in the waiting room, then get moved to a little patient room and wait an hour in there. Make sure you can read the prescriptions because I have had two rejected by the pharmacist as unreadable. Then took days for the doctor and staff to decipher Dr. Jacobs handwriting.
I don't like waiting to see a doctor that long and consider it rude and insensitive attitude towards patients.

Dr. Jacobs is a very good dermatologist. The problem is his practise has become way to large to provide the kind of treatment most people are looking for. Often I am seen by an assistant or Dr. Jacobs rushes in after a very long wait in the waiting room then exam room, he makes a very quick diagnosis, there is no time for questions from the patient, he rushes out and you are left wondering what just happened. I have been to his office (different locations) many times for me and my children each time I am more disappointed than the time before. I have no problem with his skill and experience. I just wish the group were more patient friendly.
