I spent quite a bit of money buying wood for a special project. I knew that things weren't right when I picked out some scrap stock of 7/4 thick mahogony and they told me that they had to charge the 12/4 price because it was cut out of 12/4 material. This makes no sense at all. Then as I watched them measure the boards I did end up with by the fraction of an inch, I really began to wonder. I had some wood resawn. One of the pieces was cracked almost end to end, but they loaded it so I didn't notice. I oiled all the boards and should have paid more attention because I oiled this one also. Because I had oiled it they refused to take it back, even though they had loaded it cracked. No discount, nothing. I found it to be a poor experience and that they had no emphasis on customer service. I'm not going to hurt them by not shopping there again, but I would recommend trying elsewhere.‎
